About Our Company
The story of Telos Furniture begins in 2006 when Michael Felsen, a respected hospitality FF&E professional, started a case goods company that would serve hotel owners with “unparalleled integrity” – in its products and its people.
Today, we are a global business headquartered in Greensboro, NC with engineering and project management offices in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam; Toronto, Canada; and Dillon, South Carolina plus an operations office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Our team includes some of the top talent in the hospitality industry. Each person has been carefully selected based on his or her unique ability to make your hotel special. Together, we have hundreds of years of experience in every phase of hotel FF&E.
We have a permanent staff of 30 people in Vietnam who are specialists in engineering, project management, and quality control. These professionals guide manufacturing at our main case goods factories – as well as at feeder factories for stone, metal, and specialty components – where they ensure the highest levels of quality control by being proactive, “hands on” participants in very step of production.
In addition, we have 80,000 square feet of warehouse space at our affiliated subsidiary, Dillon Furniture Group (DFG), which is located in Dillon, SC.
